Our Humble Beginnings…

The Dynamic Beacon story began at Acton Toyota of Littleton where Justin Brun and Ben Koller met. Both of us were working in the Internet Sales division together and had risen through the ranks to the point where both were overseeing the department.

Thanks to the success of the dealership’s Internet Sales Department and the dealership as a whole, we were fortunate enough to be featured in a number of automotive publications. This press resulted in us receiving a large volume of phone calls from dealerships around the country inquiring about internet sales and digital marketing. We were happy to dispense as much quality advice as we could give, but soon realized many of the dealerships lacked the time, manpower, and, in some cases, know-how and experience. So, unfortunately there was no implementation, no execution.

That’s when a light-bulb when off. We looked at each other and asked, “Why not roll-up our sleeves and offer to do the work for these dealerships?” And, that’s really when the idea for Dynamic Beacon was born.

Lacking the capital to start the business on our own, we approached the General Manager and Dealer Principle of Acton Toyota of Littleton with the idea. They thought it was a great business idea and challenged us to go out and find a client.

We got that first client, who, we’re proud to say, is still with us today.

Fast forward to present where we have between 40 to 50 total dealer clients.

But, what hasn’t changed is the pride we take in delivering exceptional customer service. That, and having complete integrity in everything we do. So, when we say we’re going to do something, we absolutely do it each and every time.
